Cancellation Policy
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, ensure you do so more than 12 hours before the class, you will need to message The Reformer Yard to cancel your class. A late cancellation means you'll lose one class from your membership. Failing to show up for class or cancelling without 12 hours notice will result in a $5 no show fee being applied. Please make sure you are checked in for every class, especially if you’re late. Cancelling your spot even if it’s within 12 hours ensures members on the waitlist are offered an opportunity to attend and we want everyone to be able to maximise their memberships.
