Cancellation Policy

By participating in Reformer Pilates sessions at The Reformer Yard, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Physical Readiness You confirm that you are physically fit to take part in Reformer Pilates and have consulted your doctor, physiotherapist, or other healthcare provider where necessary. You understand it is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, or physical limitations before each class. Risks and Injury Reformer Pilates involves physical exertion and the use of specialised equipment. As with any form of exercise, there is a risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, falls, or equipment-related incidents. While our instructors are trained to deliver safe, effective sessions, they are not medical professionals or physiotherapists and cannot diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition. Pregnancy & Special Conditions If you are pregnant, recently postpartum, or have any other condition requiring special consideration, you must seek clearance from your healthcare provider before attending. Our instructors are not qualified in antenatal or postnatal exercise and some movements may not be able to be safely modified for your needs. Personal Responsibility You accept full responsibility for your participation and for adjusting any exercise to suit your own comfort and ability level. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided and to use equipment only as demonstrated. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reformer Yard and its instructors are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of your participation in Reformer Pilates. By attending any class, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
