Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To ensure a smooth experience for everyone and to keep our timetable running reliably, please read and adhere to the following booking policy. Bookings & Cancellations All classes must be booked in advance via the Fit by Wix app. You may cancel your own booking through the app. A $5 no-show / late cancellation fee will apply if: - You do not attend a booked class, or - You cancel within 12 hours of the class start time. Cancellations made outside the 12-hour window will not incur a fee. Class Cancellations by the Studio If fewer than 2 people are booked into a class 30 minutes before the class start time, the class will be cancelled. In this instance, all credits will be returned to your account. Any updates or cancellations will be communicated via the app. Refunds & Credits Please be sure of your booking before confirming. Refunds will not be given if you change your mind. Credits are non-refundable and must be used within their validity period. App Communication (Important) All studio communication is managed through the Fit by Wix app, including: - Class cancellations or timetable changes - Teacher updates - Viewing and managing your bookings - Purchasing items from the shop - Checking remaining class credits - Messaging us directly Please ensure you have: - Downloaded the Fit by Wix app - Joined using our invite code: MGNHQH - Make sure you use your existing login details to avoid creating two accounts. Final Notes Please book your classes early to avoid disappointment. Consistent no-shows or late cancellations may impact your ability to book future classes.
